In this monthly blog series, Carlisle & Co. spotlights one of our clients, highlighting their company as well as their digital marketing strategies, successes, and more.

Introducing Athena M&A

Founded by three visionary women, including our client contact Rachel Boynton, Athena M&A helps to guide business owners to achieve their goals related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Their radical approach utilizes collaboration and relies on a straightforward, honest process to maximize value and drive a successful outcome.

At Athena M&A, their mission is to offer a personalized, high-touch client experience — which is in sharp contrast with the impersonal nature often found at larger firms in the industry. The team strives to cultivate a professional and nurturing workplace that leads to meaningful connections and successful outcomes. Guided by the core philosophy of “when one wins, we all win,” Athena M&A is dedicated to empowering both clients and team members, ensuring that collective success is always the focus.

Fast Facts About Carlisle & Co.’s Work with Athena M&A

Here are some fast facts about our digital marketing work with Rachel and Athena M&A.

What was the timeline for our work with Rachel and Athena M&A?

We kicked off our work with Rachel in early August 2024 and launched her website at the end of September. An eight-week timeline for a new brand and website is tight but doable!

What digital marketing services did we provide?

We worked closely with Rachel to create the branding and website for Athena M&A. During our initial call, we discussed her goals, target audience, and timeline as well as her preferences for her brand kit and website. Fortunately, Rachel was ready to get started! We created a shared folder on Google Drive, and she quickly added very helpful content, including terminology, past articles, the company’s mission and values, and more.

From there, we crafted her branding, inclusive of a primary logo (that Rachel had previously designed), secondary logos, font stack, color palette, pattern, and photo examples. Luckily, Rachel approved our first draft, so we were able to jump right into her website design and development.

Once Rachel selected a website template, we began adding in her branding and content. We scheduled an initial review for mid-September, allowing us to touch base before adding all the final touches and going live at the end of the month.

What’s next for our work with Rachel?

We loved creating the branding and website for Athena M&A — and fortunately, the feeling was mutual. Rachel is currently working on launching a second company, and we’re in the early stages of discussing the branding and website with her. We’re excited to continue our work together!
