How long has Hidden River worked with Carlisle & Co.?

We first began working with the team at Hidden River in October 2021. 

What digital marketing services do we provide? 

We were initially contracted to assist with a monthly blog post, social media, and email marketing as well as print marketing materials as needed. We also updated their website layout in an effort to add new content and make it more user-friendly.

At the start of 2023, we implemented a press release strategy. Each month, we focus on an important aspect of the treatment center, including their Joint Commission Accreditation, new members of their leadership team, nutrition and culinary skills training program, and more. 

Most recently, we worked with KM Studio to refresh their branding. We then redesigned their website, updating the layout and adding more content.

What is next for our digital marketing work with Hidden River?

In the coming months, we’ll be increasing our digital marketing efforts with Google Ads and our premium search engine optimization (SEO) package. We also increased our content writing from one monthly blog post to four monthly blog posts in an effort to further improve their SEO.

What sort of success have we helped Hidden River achieve? 

Our email marketing efforts include a monthly newsletter to highlight blog posts, team spotlights, and more. Additionally, we send various emails for special events (like the Fall Series Professionals Tour of their grounds and Professionals at Play Field Day Event). Over the past two years, we’ve seen steady subscriber growth with a 47 percent open rate, which is above average in the behavioral health industry.

On social media, we’ve seen their Instagram followers increase by nearly 22 percent in the last 90 days. Additionally, in the last 30 days, their Facebook reach has grown by over 530 percent, while their LinkedIn visitors are up by almost 36 percent.
