With these thoughts in mind, let’s meet Carlisle & Co.’s two newest team members, both Public Relations Specialists!
Nathalie Cortes, who handles The Essentials: Outreach and The Premium: Outreach packages, brings a wealth of public relations experience to the Carlisle & Co. team. Plus, she’s based in Los Angeles, California, giving us a West Coast presence. When asked about her favorite part of PR, she says she loves “to collaborate with diverse teams and utilize integrated communications to craft strategies that help companies, organizations, and individuals tells their stories.” As for her biggest PR win, she shares, “I’m most proud that I leveraged my media relations expertise and in-depth research skills to secure feature stories in POLITICO and other top-tier national outlets, significantly elevating clients’ visibility.”
Mishri Bhatia Shah focuses on the Thought Leadership: Outreach package and is based in Maitland, Florida. She most enjoys “being able to bring a business idea or vision to life through storytelling.” When it comes to her proudest PR win, she says, “When I worked in San Francisco, I helped a startup that spun out of Bosch launch a home robot called Kuri. We launched at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and earned coverage across every major tech publication as well as several morning shows, including The Today Show, CBS This Morning, and more. The robot also won best of CES. It was a whirlwind experience — and a lot of fun!”

The Essentials: Outreach
This package includes a monthly strategy call to define the target audience, review client goals, and brainstorm upcoming opportunities for PR tactics. From there, our team focuses on developing a targeted media list and pitch or press release before beginning outreach and follow-up efforts. We guarantee one to two placements per quarter and provide the client with monthly reporting and next steps.
The Premium: Outreach
This package offers a more extensive approach to public relations, including a detailed analysis of the client’s competitive landscape, target audience, and goals. We develop a larger media list that may include journalists, bloggers, podcast hosts, and local/national media outlets as well as two pitches or press releases. Here, we aim for two to four placements per quarter but guarantee one to two placements. Additionally, our monthly reporting includes a more in-depth analysis of media coverage and impressions.
The Essentials: Outreach and The Premium: Outreach both require a minimum commitment of three months to ensure meaningful results.
Thought Leadership: Outreach
This package is designed to elevate your executive voice and position your organization as an industry leader. Following an initial intake meeting to identify key themes and opportunities, we establish a strong foundation through weekly or bi-weekly strategy calls that keep messaging aligned and momentum consistent. From there, we focus on both earned and owned visibility, securing two to three thought leadership engagements per quarter such as bylines, Q&As, or profiles (with unplaced content repurposed for your owned channels). We also submit two to three speaking applications and one to two award nominations per quarter.
To ensure a steady stream of owned content, we develop three to four high-impact pieces per quarter, ranging from press releases and blog posts to newsletters, case studies, and website copy. We pair these placements with four to five complementary social posts. Beyond these core deliverables, our services may also include tailored thought leadership strategy, ghostwriting across platforms, op-ed placement, speaking and award submissions, comprehensive content development, and even media training. Together, these efforts build credibility, amplify your brand voice, and secure meaningful visibility across channels.
