Plus, your output is directly related to your time — so if you can save time when it comes to these basic tasks, you can ultimately achieve more each work day. Research reveals that, by harnessing the power of AI, business professionals save an average of 24 minutes per day. You can turn to artificial intelligence and automation tools for manual tasks like scheduling meetings, taking notes, summarizing email threads, and more. 

4. Create content.

Did you know you can ask artificial intelligence platforms to write content like social media captions or email copy for you? It can even prepare an outline for a blog post or presentation, allowing you to fill in the gaps with your professional knowledge and expertise. 

Note that just 6 percent of marketers publish AI-generated content without any changes. It’s best to use this copy as a starting point, something that you fact check and rewrite in your own voice to ensure it’s correct and on brand. 

5. Write automated email campaigns.

Email marketing is nothing new. However, thanks to AI, you can better understand your subscribers’ behaviors and write more engaging content for their needs. You can provide an AI platform with a prompt about what you’d like to promote — like a limited-time discount to a webinar or a recent blog post — as well as your voice (say, fun but professional), and it’ll generate a message with the right copy and tone.
