Introducing Becky Henry
As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Becky Henry helps parents and other eating disorder caregivers reduce their hopelessness and pain, practice self-care skills, and connect with other caregivers. She has guided people across the globe as they reclaim their joy, calmness, and peace in the midst of a life-changing crisis. Her services include group phone support, one-on-one coaching, HUG Kits, the Recovery Roadmap Webinar Series, professional training in her model, and speaking to health care professional associations.
Additionally, Becky founded Hope Network, LLC in 2003 to change the way parents are supported when caring for a child with an eating disorder. She also published Just Tell Her to Stop: Family Stories of Eating Disorders in 2011 to reduce caregiver isolation, decrease stigma, and expose the realities of eating disorders.
