Over the past 10 months, the compounding pharmacy has experienced notable improvements to their website traffic, with overall traffic up 26 percent and individual users up 9 percent. Additionally, their traffic sources have been diversified. 

In terms of material, we recently spearheaded the buildout of a dermatology suite. This content expansion focused on the development and implementation of multiple landing pages, which ultimately increased service offering awareness. The project included content creation, website development, and social media promotion with an achieved goal of increasing overall targeted conversions.

What past or current project stands out the most?

Most recently, we supported the new store opening for New Drug Loft. With a prestigious location on the Upper East Side, customers can pick up their prescriptions and also shop for their favorite luxury skincare and beauty brands. We assisted with content creation, digital and print design work, and social media announcements.

Earlier this year, we also aided in the roll-out of COVID-19 vaccine administration, with full-scale development and implementation of a website appointment system as well as promotion and outreach via email marketing and social media optimization and advertisements.

What do our future goals look like?

We will continue to support VLS Pharmacy | New Drug Loft as the expert in compounding pharmaceuticals, particularly for dermatology, ophthalmology, and nutritional IV therapy. 

We’re excited to share that we’ve worked on the site creation and promotion of an e-commerce store, with an expected launch date in late summer or early fall. Additionally, in the fall, we are planning a grand opening event at the new New Drug Loft store location.
